Request an exchange promptly after delivery and before wearing or altering the item. The item must be unused, complete and in its original packaging.
Availability and cost
Exchanges depend on stock. Price differences and delivery or return costs may apply unless DazzleDrops supplied a damaged or incorrect item.
Hygiene exclusions
Worn earrings and pierced jewelry cannot normally be exchanged unless damaged or incorrect. Contact us with your order number before returning anything.
