Eligibility
Contact DazzleDrops promptly after delivery if an item is damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description. Keep the item unused, with its packaging and proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety, worn earrings and pierced jewelry cannot normally be returned unless damaged or incorrect. Customized, altered or clearance items may also be excluded where clearly stated before purchase.
Process
Send the order number and clear photos or video through the contact details in the footer. Do not send a parcel without approval and return instructions.
Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, any eligible refund is arranged through an agreed method. Original delivery fees and return costs are refundable only where the product was damaged, incorrect or the law requires it.
